FREELANCE - 12HRS PER WEEK
AMPP Studio CIC provides Alternative Provision (AP) for young people aged 11–16 who benefit from creative, tailored, and supportive learning environments. Our AP programme aims to combine high-quality education with personalised support, ensuring every student thrives.
The AP Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the AP programme by:
Ensuring high-quality, compliant and well-organised AP systems
Overseeing referrals, student records and statutory processes (including SCC reviews)
Supporting safeguarding, compliance and staff oversight systems
Coordinating communication with staff, families and external stakeholders
Supporting and administrative tasks to keep AP running effectively
The AP Administrator will ensure that systems, documentation, staff processes and communication structures are robust, consistent and aligned with safeguarding and statutory expectations.
This is a part-time, term-time only role requiring a highly organised, professional, and proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

VOLUNTEERING AT AMPP
Volunteering with AMPP means helping to bring arts and culture directly into the Ipswich community and supporting people to explore their creative potential.
As part of the AMPP team, you’ll work alongside our Directors, staff, and fellow volunteers to assist with events, workshops, and community projects.
We provide a full induction to our organisation, its spaces, and your role, and we aim to keep our volunteer team close-knit, informed, and supported. Your contribution helps AMPP stay connected with diverse communities and continue delivering meaningful creative experiences.
Volunteering with us is a hands-on, rewarding experience where your ideas and energy make a real difference. You’ll have the chance to learn new skills, gain experience in community engagement, and be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and inclusivity.
